Powerdraw in Idle are almost 10W now and in the YT Playbacktest 14-15W at 50% Brightness, Quiet Mode on, Windows Battery Saver on, Volume on 20%, Resolution on 3200x2000 (less res. Nvidia Driver and AMD Driver for the Chipset are from their Homepages to get the newest Version. I reinstalled Windows and just put all the drivers via Windows Update on it.
